Inventory: characters may arrive with the clothing and items (including weapons) on their immediate person, excluding anything alive. for characters with hammerspace, please choose up to five items. anything magical will be nerfed upon arrival, but can be regained through bonus activity.
Sentimental item: please choose one small (i.e. portable) item the character did not have on them at their canonpoint and which belongs to a different character from their canon. briefly explain the character's feelings towards the item and/or its owner.
Gemstone: please choose one primary color and one secondary color, and optionally describe the gemstone in terms of pattern, size, amount of polish, etc. it should be no larger than the palm of one's hand.
Lost memory #1: briefly describe a memory that the character will lose, which may be an event, a person, a concept, etc and does not have to be a major memory. explain the effect this loss will have on the character's beliefs, personality, etc.
Lost memory #2: same as above.
Altered memory: briefly describe a memory that will be altered, both the original memory and what's changed in it. explain the effect this alteration will have on the character's beliefs, personality, etc.

Pancakes (what the fuck lexy) no it's funny i promise.
He has a fatal blunder early in the game - makes a passing comment about pancakes, which Morgana (a cat no one should understand, unless they’ve visited the Metaverse) had just spoken about. This sets up Akechi’s downfall in November, when the phantom thieves cotton onto his shenanigans and murder/suicide setup for the protagonist, along with his betrayal. They only realize he’s plotting anything because of a mistake made months ago.
In third semester, he gets irate whenever pancakes come up because such a small mistake ruins his entire years-long scheme. It doesn't change his personality, outside of the fact he CAN enjoy a singular pancake without losing his mind about it. He will also not realize why the Phantom Thieves figured out his plan, which will drive him nuts.
Lost memory #2:
The entire day of February 2.
This is the final day they’re able to stop Maruki without fighting and deliver the calling card to steal his treasure. This is also when you find out Akechi is likely dead and Maruki holds his life hostage in a tense interaction. The result of this moment allows Akechi to merge Robin Hood and Loki to get Hereward
Without this memory, he doesn't understand why he has Hereward and not Robin Hood/Loki. Akechi's aware of his potential death, but doesn't have it fully confirmed until this moment. He tests the protagonist's resolve, and puts his trust in a decision made at the end of this day. It slightly alters his personality because he forgot the protagonist truly put his heart into defeating Maruki. There's still an edge of distrust over how the protagonist will react in the end.
Altered memory: Shido died. His personality remains the same, but Shido's death was never going to bring him happiness, especially from the hands of someone else. It will be a bitter, crushing sort of realization for him.
In reality, Shido's heart was changed by the Phantom Thieves. He owned up to his crimes and is currently in the process of being convicted/investigated for all he confessed to.
