DEMON COMPENDIUM
As new locations are unlocked, each character's COMP will scan the area and update the compendium with the new demon information, which include their name, strength, weakness, skills, habitat, and a brief description of the demon. The Google sheet provides a quick view of the demons and is color coded by element. More details about the demon including its appearance and description is included in the comments below.
Characters can have a maximum of two demons registered in their COMP at any given time, which can be recruited through negotiation, bribery, or coercion. Most demons seem to have a taste for blood (player's choice re. tastiness), although will just as eagerly feed off of a character's magical energy (SP, MP, etc). Demons tend to be more active during the nighttime compared to the day, and are at their most dangerous on the night of the full moon (IC Day 0-1, Day 30, Day 60, etc), and cannot be negotiated with on those dates. While wild demons won't be found in certain areas (train, greenhouse, church), contracted demons can still be summoned in those locations.
Summoned demons will materialize for the duration of the battle or task at hand before returning to the COMP. A registered demon which is defeated will remain inactive inside the COMP and will heal over time. Once a demon is released, it can no longer be summoned by the COMP but that particular demon can still be re-encountered out in the wild.
Attacks can be physical, or elemental: fire, ice, electric, force (synonymous to wind). Other skills include healing, and causing ailments such as poison, sleep, confusion, etc.

A harpy, meaning "snatcher," is a female monster from Greek mythology known for stealing food, causing mischief, destroying property, tormenting wrongdoers, causing storms, kidnapping people, and carrying souls to the underworld. They are always ravenously hungry, and will steal food or even eat their victims before carrying away their souls.
Like the winds that they originally embodied, the harpies come out of nowhere to ruin plans and destroy people's lives. People blame them for storms and for any small objects or items of food that mysteriously go missing.
